Intramurals 2025 was one of the happiest and most

exciting events of the school year. The whole school was filled with energy as students joined the parade, wore their team colors, and cheered loudly. Everyone was excited to take part in the different games and contests. The theme, “Kakayahang Walang Kapantay: Lakas at Determinasyon Tungo sa Tagumpay ng Bagong Henerasyon,” reminded us that we, the youth, can achieve success through our strength, hard work, and determination.

The Intramurals is an important event because it helps students learn the value of teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendship. It gives us a chance to show our talents and enjoy being active. It also teaches us how to accept both winning and losing.

What matters most is the experience, not just the medals or trophies. It is a time for fun, learning, and unity among students.

This year’s Intramurals was very special for me because I was not just a participant, but also a part of the team that helped organize the E-Sports. The MAPEH Department and the MAPEH Club Officers were the hosts of this year’s E-Sports event, and I was lucky to be one of the facilitators for the tournament. It was a fun but challenging job because I had to help prepare and guide the players during their games. I helped with the schedules, scores, and announcements to make sure the event went smoothly.



At first, I was a bit nervous because it was my first time to help in such a big school activity. But as the tournament started, I began to enjoy my role. I saw how excited the players were and how focused they were during the games. The crowd also cheered for their favorite teams, making the atmosphere more lively. It made me happy to see everyone having fun and giving their best effort. I realized that even if E-sports is played on screens, it still brings teamwork, discipline, and respect among players.

Working with the MAPEH Club Officers and Department was also a great experience. Everyone worked together to make sure the Intramurals was successful. Some helped with the games, others managed the sound system, scoring, and materials. We all had our own tasks, but we helped one another whenever needed. It was a tiring week, but seeing everything go well made all the effort worth it.


Being part of this event taught me many lessons. I learned how to be more responsible, patient, and cooperative. I also learned that teamwork makes every task easier. It felt good to know that I was able to help and contribute to the success of our school’s Intramurals. It was not easy, but it was truly a fun and meaningful experience that I will never forget.


Intramurals 2025 showed that the new generation really has “Kakayahang Walang Kapantay.” It proved that with strength, unity, and determination, we can reach success together. This event was not just about sports, but also about building friendship, learning new skills, and creating memories that we will always remember. I am thankful to be part of it, and I will carry the lessons I learned from this experience as I continue to grow and improve.

 2nd Quarter Reflection      This Second Quarter has been a very fun and interesting experience for me because I learned how to make a simple website using HTML , which means HYPERTEXT MARKUP LANGUAGRE  Before, I had no idea how web pages were created, but now I know that HTML is the basic code that builds them. I discovered different HTML tags such as <html> , <head> , <title> , <body> , <p> , <br> , and many more. Each tag has its own use, some are for adding text, others for pictures or links. I also learned how to add colors, background, and other features to make my page look nice. It was exciting to see my work come to life on the computer screen.
